Front-End Application Developer

Summary
Prevail InfoWorks is a full service Clinical Research Organization that supports life science companies with the conduct of their clinical trials through clinical operations services and proprietary eClinical technology products including real-time clinical data Integrations and analytics, eDC, eTMF, Safety System, IxRS/RTSM, CTMS, ePRO/eCOA, and Investigator Grant Management system. These products are provided in a SaaS model with world-class delivery and support.

The Philadelphia based company has a 15+ year track record of exceeding expectations and earning repeat business with its global biotech, biopharma, device, and diagnostics customer base.

We are seeking a talented Front End Application Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. As a Front End Application Developer, you will work closely with designers and back-end developers to bring their ideas to life and optimize the user experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to implement and refine user interface designs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
  • Develop responsive and cross-browser compatible interfaces for web applications.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end systems and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, ensuring high-quality and bug-free deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Conduct performance tests and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with the back-end development team to design and implement APIs and data structures.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the team’s codebase.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UI Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., .Net Blazor, ReactJS).
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to work closely with designers to implement designs accurately.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Experience with responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of user interface design principles and user experience best practices.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces.

Project Budget Coordinator

Summary

These products are provided in a SaaS model with world-class delivery and support.

The Philadelphia based company has a 15+ year track record of exceeding expectations and earning repeat business with its global biotech, biopharma, device, and diagnostics customer base.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Budget Coordinator with prior experience in the life sciences industry, who possess excellent time management and communication skills to assist our Business Operations department in keeping up with the fast-paced environment that comes with the technology and life science industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize Excel and other provided tools to process reconciliations, change orders, BAU reports, budgets, and write proposals.
  • Review RFPs (Request for Proposal); develop necessary budget assumptions from study protocols/synopses; and identify and resolve any questions that are needed to prepare a proposal.
  • Participate in pre-RFP client/prospect meetings.
  • Create competitive quotes based on the RFP
  • Work with Business Operations, Medical and Operational personnel to develop effective proposals, including scopes of work, project assumptions, and budgets.
  • Review and revise proposal content as needed to ensure a clear, compelling strategy to execute the trial is articulated.
  • Creating and negotiating budgets.
  • Present proposals to clients and prospects.
  • Participate in client/prospect discussions and requests for information following delivery of proposal.
  • Assist in the enhancement of tools and processes, as well as keeping up to date on industry norms and advances.
  • Conducts qualitative and quantitative research to create customized and compelling business development documents focused on client solutions that highlight company differentiation, innovation, and operational strategy.
  • Produces high quality, customer-specific deliverables.
  • Ensures effective communication among internal stakeholders throughout the process so that the strategy drives the project and the final documents achieves its goals.
  • Meets deadlines consistently by establishing priorities and target dates for document contributions, review, and approval by key stakeholders including executive leadership.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have prior experience in performing each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, accounting, business administration, business management, project or operations management, or another related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Must have advanced skills in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills are imperative.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Must have strong customer service orientation and be a proactive and effective communicator.
