CLINICAL DATA ANALYST

Summary

We are expanding our Information and Data Management team with people who have drive, creativity, self-motivation, and professionalism. We are seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to analyze data from numerous clinical research data sources, define reports, visualizations and dashboards and build reports and visualizations using our in-house platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze clinical research data sources such as EDC, IRT, Central Labs and other sources.
  • Formulate, define, and recommend scope and format of reports.
  • Oversee provision of ad hoc management, safety, and efficacy reports.
  • Review information for accuracy and monitor data on a regular basis.
  • Other duties assigned by Director, Information and Data Management

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Clinical Data Analyst, Clinical Data Scientist, or technically focused Clinical Data Manager.
  • Candidate must have strong experience in specifically analyzing, managing, and reporting on clinical research data sources such as EDC, IRT/IWR, Safety Labs, Imaging Labs, Biomarker Labs, CTMS, and other Phase I-IV clinical research studies.
  • Candidate must have experience and working understanding of the clinical research data lifecycle process and direct experience in clinical trials.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a Clinical field with technical data experience.
  • Hands on using BI and visualization tools
  • Ability to analyze and write SQL queries
  • Hands on with SAS, R or other statistical packages
  • Familiarity with SDTM, CDISC and ADaM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience with working directly with customers and end users of the output produced. Ability to understand and elicit requirements from customers and end users.

Language Skills

Possess the ability to communicate and comprehend written and oral instructions. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and customers.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Able to apply common sense solutions towards the execution of responsibilities.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Incumbent must have the ability to spend extended periods of time sitting and traveling via car, plane and/or train.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Summary

A full-time Senior Accountant is needed to fill this growing company needs for increased reporting, processes, and controls. Employee will report to company Assistant Controller and have guidance from CFO on items such as accrual and cost-based accounting, monthly and yearly closing processes, cash flow management, transaction accounting entries within Accountants Receivable and Payables, Percentage of Completion/Deferred Revenue calculations, budgetary, audit, intercompany transactions, and forecasting, General Ledger, and other ad-hoc reporting. Currently we do not have the band-width to fully handle existing needs within the department, and expected changes and requirements will further strain the department without additional headcount.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze all liability, asset and capital accounts within the general ledger amongst the main three entities inline with period ending financial closing periods
  • Summarize and prepare financial status of monthly transactions – inclusive of income statement, balance sheet and other ad-hoc reporting
  • Provide support for entry of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable invoices
  • Coordinate and analyze data in conjunction with calculations needed for Percentage of Completion/Deferred Revenue and Time Management of projects
  • Assist and prepare annual budget reports and forecasting templates
  • Assist in the annual audit
  • Aid in complying with all federal, state, and local taxation entities
  • Support in drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for department
  • Travels as necessary, consistent with project and supervisory needs
  • Other responsibilities determined by Assistant Controller and CFO

DIRECTOR (HEAD) OF CORPORATE MARKETING

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy and tactics, including but not limited to branding, positioning and messaging, and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and subject matter experts to develop, launch, and measure successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Generate a steady stream of top-of-funnel leads for nurture and sales follow-up to drive increased opportunities and revenue
  • Develop compelling and differentiating marketing content assets and sales collateral based on company value propositions
  • Implement marketing best practices across all campaign activities and channels including marketing automation, SEO, video, database emails, social media, industry events, SEM, webinars, and digital marketing
  • Select and oversee a marketing support infrastructure such as freelance writers, digital agencies, and graphic designers
  • Provide ongoing market insights and data-driven knowledge to drive rapid and continuous improvement in marketing results
  • Help develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies in sales and marketing
